Default Blood worms ok as only food?

I'm treating my 5 year old goldfish for ich and she's not wanting to eat her normal Koi food right now but will eat her bloodworms... actually she attacked the chunk tonight which she never does. Usually she gets the worms around once every 2-3 weeks or so as a treat.
Now she had them 3 times last week..then got a bit better and ate a bit of her food about 4 days ago.. but started to get the ich again and is only eating worms now.
Do you think this ok, since she's at least eating, or making another problem for later on?
TIA for any help. I'm worried all these worms will be bad and give her another illness.

I would try to get her to eat more than just bloodworms. While they are a great source of protein, goldfish need plant matter to be nice and healthy.try to get her some fresh veggies as a substitute for the bloodworms some days.

feeding them that much protein without any fiber can cause digestion problems with your goldfish. since she is so old you should definitely be giving her more fiber in her diet. try boiling some zucchini until its a little see through or give her some boiled brocoli. feed her the blood worms if thats all she will eat until she gets better. then i would say 2 times a week is the most you should feed her protein. good luck!
