I want to warn everyone about Glasscages.com. I received a quote from Tom the owner on a custom size refugium. I even got a delivery date. A week before delivery I received a phone call from Beth, Tom's wife stating they did not want to do my tank for the amount quoted. I explained to them I had already turned down other quotes and had arranged to meet their truck 4 hours away on the date given to me to pick it up. She did't care and hung up on me.*******Nice to stand by your quotes & great customer service they have.***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I also had a problem with this company. I ordered a acrylic hinged top for a 125 gallon aquarium. Everything was fine, they took my money, I got a call back to verify the measurements, and then...............nothing. Past a week later (after e-mails) I called a second time to find out what was going on, that I was told that they would be able to get right on it and "get it out". I was then told that it was still on the schedule and to be patient. After thinking about the conversations, I called back and canceled the order and wanted my credit card refunded. I was told "Well. We'll just have to put you on a list to not sell any more hinged tops to."

I will not be dealing with these people any more.

thats odd, I have great experience with them. I just ordered a 300 deep acrylic from them friday and on the 30th I go meet the truck and get it. they even called back to confirm the order and are also giving me a 40 cube because the one i got from them came off the truck with a nice scratch in it.

I'm very glad they treated you well. I know that was quite an expense.

2430 I think was the tank price then had them drill 10 holes in the back, built in overflows, After all said and done it was very close to 3400.
