Fish Safari in Virginia Beach, VA
Me and my wife drove out to Virginia Beach today to check out a store we heard about from a friend. The place was called Fish Safari on Lynnhaven Pkwy and I was pretty impressed. The store itself was not much to look at, essentially had clearly homemade stands and alot of DIY shelving and whatnot, but their tanks were immaculate. They had a few species of fish I personally have never seen in a LFS before, and with the exception of one pleco, every fish I saw there looked healthy and happy. Their plants looked sad and unhealthy, however the quality of their marine and fresh water fish was excellent, and their prices were the best I have seen from LFSs in the area. If anybody lives near VA beach, I recommend Fish Safari on Lynnhaven Pkwy.
