I was so nervous to start my new hobby and ESPECIALLY nervous to buy plants and a Co2 system online! My grandfather loves this site and he is the one who ignited my passion for aquariums. I have to say I have been so impressed with Aquariumplants.com that I will ALWAYS do business there. I even have had to call with questions and they always help and never act annoyed by my silly questions.

I got nothing good nor bad to say about em, When they refund my $20 bucks for their aquascape service that Ive been waiting a year to get then I will say. I can say this, their regulators are 100% lifetime warrantied. Mine broke and they sent me a new one, they lost mine that I returned for service and they sent me another one. They take care of their customers for the most part.

I also had good experiences with that site. That was until I ordered, among other plants, about 4 of their Amazon Sword "Giant Mother Plants", the ones for about $20 each.

I'd order these before, and they were fantastic in a large aquarium.

But, what I got was 4 small versions they sell for a few bucks each.

I contacted them, they apologized and the re-sent the plants, along with some plant tablets to make up for my trouble.

What I received, again, were just the smaller versions, slightly bigger. (Remember, I'd ordered these before, so I knew what to expect.)

They never responded to my further contacts, so I haven't gone back since.

I'm never impolite, and they didn't have any reason, whatsoever, to not fulfill the order correctly. I was baffled at the lack of response.

Sorry, I can't recommend them.
