Default Angelicus Loaches

I got a huge angel Loach with a set up. 5& 1/2 incher. he's all by himself. I read they need to shoal. . i cant find any Larger Angelicus. ONLY 2 inchers.LFS. Does anyone know if that small a loach/s will Pal up with the big guy? I want him to have a buddy or 2 . Too small maybe not good. Will he rip them up? Dont want to chance it. I have them off to side in a 15 gallon for now. Thanks for any replies helpful

Some loaches will school with other species. I know my zebras will school with the clowns/histrionicas. Histrionica are a very attractive species and are very social loaches. But with loaches they dont really get happy until theres around 20 of them.
