How much of an impact does this fish have in a tank? I am near my limit- one will put me right on it, but I'd rather get two. Is there a servere consequence for slightly overstocking a heavily planted tank? They would be my only algae eater and I have a horrid diatom problem at present.

It will pretty much be like any other fishy. A factor would be how much algae they eat. Being that they are cleaners, they have the knack of producing alot of waste.
