So I bought a pair of these cory cats at a LFS and there was no name for them. It is the cory in the back right of this picture. Anyone have a clue of the common name for him?

That looks like a skunk cory, but I had another question b/c the other corycat that is in that picture looks like one that I bought at the LFS and he is tinted red with a red pectoral fin and has a black face and a black spot below his pectoral fin on both sides of his body...I have no idea what he really is becaues the LFS called him something along the lines of a Red Sail Venezualian Cory cat...anybody have a clue what his name really is???

Hello. The Corydora in the pic is a Corydoras arcuatus. Susan is absolutely right. It's also called the "The Skunk Catfish". Obviously because of the stripe that runs along the upper part of the body. These Corries have been available to aquarists since the early 1960's.
Nice pic from saltydad. BBradbury

Good morning Scyry. I've studied your pic of the other cats and the one in the middle looks like the variety called Corydoras aeneus, pronounced ee-nee'-us. Common name is "Bronze Cory". Although the pic isn't real clear, this variety is a bronze color with a little lighter, but larger stripe on the side of the body than the Skunk Cory.
