I am not 100% sure, but I think it's a leopard sailfin plecostomus? Or a butterfly pleco?? Do I have it right?
I am curious how big this guy is going to get, right now I think he's about 6 or 7 inches. I got him about a year ago, he was about 2 inches long then. Seems like he's growing insanely fast... is this normal? Right now he get a Mazuri algae wafer every night, and a fresh slice of either sweet potato or zucchini which I take out in the morning. Is this enough? Should he get more wafers? Thanks for any info on Ragnarok, he is definitely my favorite fish in the tank! ![]() Oh... and a cool swooshy picture ![]() ![]()

Wow, 18 inches huh? I wonder how long it will take for him to get that big. He's in 100 gallon tank, hope I don't have to upgrade again anytime soon!

He should be fine for quite awhile. Once they get older they slow down on growth.

You can help keep him happy and healthy by giving him real drift wood - they eat it - as well as algae wafers of course. (Kinda' looked like you may have some in your first pic.)

He has 3 large pieces of driftwood in there, loves it for sure! He seems to prefer zuchinni over sweet potato... Which is a bummer cause it is such a mess!
