Default Housing for 2 new Pictus Cats

I was just given 2 Pictus cats. I'm not able to house them in my other tanks as to the occupants that are in the tanks now. (small fish, shrimp etc..)

All I have is a 70g rubbermaid horse trough without filtration but I can provide an air pump.
The only drawback is, is that this tank would have to stay outside.

What can I do, does this sound ok for now?
