Default Finally got it right

I have spent the last year breeding sturisomas (royal twig cats) I had no problem with getting spawns and the eggs hatching, but the problem getting the fry to eat. They are very lazy feeders and will starve to death.

Well I decided to try a different approach instead of keeping the tank glass clean I decided to not clean the glass when doing water changes and left some snails in the tank for added slime on the glass. SUCCESS! I now have 3 hatches in the tank. The youngest being less than a 1/4 inch to the oldest at 4 months being 2 inches. Here are some pics. Excuse the glass, as you can see its pretty dirty. But the tank does get water changes every 2 days.

congrats! they really are picky eaters when they are fry, but once theyre a few weeks old and mature a little, they will have no problem with food... lol.
