Texas and Oscars get very big (12 inches). Jewels max out at around 3-4 inches. According to your dimensions your tank is 180 US gallons. What is in the tank all ready?

Oscars and Texas cichlids are very messy fish and require over filtration to maintain water quality. I'm not so sure if they would get along together. Also even in a tank your size IMO 4 total fish of this size would max the bio-load.
