You need to put some kind of tank divier in and keep him away from the other fish.
Are you need to make a few hiding places so it take time to find him.
In time he will heal on his own are you can use a med call melafix beware a over doze will kill.
It's best to let him heal on him own finns will grow back.
As he get older and bigger he will make the other fish back off.

what if i put him in a 5 gallon home depot bucket with an airstone and just make sure its clean everyday? or would the bright orange color stress him out? i guess i could set up my ten gallon tank... but i have absolutely no space for it unless i wanna leave it on the ground for a couple months... which i dont really want to do.. could i keep him in a bare tank for a month or 2?
