Default Help! My Julii has a small eye?

Well, I bought a julii cory cat today. And once i got home I noticed it had a really small dilated eye. He won't stop moving so I can't get a good picture, but if I was to describe it - it looks like an eye of a 'Hollow' (those creatures from the anime 'Bleach'). It has it's normal black colouring, but the yellow ring is much smaller to the center of the eye and thinner. He also seems blind in that eye by the way we moves around. Besides that he seems very healthy.

His eye isn't cloudy, or opaque or popping out...so I'm not sure it's a disease? Is he just naturally like that? D:
Was he born with a small looking eye?

Help!

If he's not showing any signs of distress or illness, then maybe it's just a birth defect. Keep an eye on him for the first while.
