Default Cloudy conditioned water?

So this isn't really an emergency but I didn't want to post it in the Gen fish section.

Anyway, due to the extremely high pH of my Tap water, I pre-condition 5 gallons of tap water for a week before my water change. Now, I have 3 one gallon water jugs, and 2 plastic pitchers. All of which I conditioned with both ph down and stress coat.

I noticed when I went to go to bed the night I conditioned the water the 2 plastic pitchers were cloudy on the bottom, now hear me out, it was kinda like one of those horror story mist/fog status things. Only half of it was cloudy. I put a spoon in there and when it hit the bottom it made the fog move around, kind of like smoke if you would. I stirred both of them up and they remained cloudy. Its been 3 days now. Still cloudy. I don't know what happened with this water but the other 3 gallons don't show signs of this. I rather not put tainted water in my tank.

Any ideas?

EDIT- They all do. Any they have an eggy smell to them.

I would not use that water also. Look into a R/0 water system. This will help you out alot.

Eggy smell = sulpher smell? If so, I wouldn't use the water.

RO systems are to expensive. Can not afford that.

And the water smells worse now then it did out of the tap.
