Default What to do with cycled old tank?

I am currently moving my two puffer fish from a ten gallon to their new temporary home, a 50 gallon. My ten gallon is all ready cycled and I don't know what to do with it. I hate to break it down since it has a good bio and all kind of critters living in the rocks and sand. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
