Default New Aquarium setup help

My 215 gallon FOWLR aquarium with a 50 g sump filter was setup in January 2011 with 125 Kg Live rock( Indian Ocean). Initially I had 1 damsel,2 purple flame fish ,1 false percula clown. On march 5,2011, i introduced 10 fishes at a time ,3 angels 3 tangs and 4 cromis thinking that my tank volume was large enough to take this load at a time. but this was a big mistake, after 15 days the angels began to show white spots, I tried API Melafix but in vein and all the newly introduced fishes died within three weeks. My LFS told me that the well water which I had used to setup the tank could be the problem and advised to do 50% water change with conditioned tap water, and to put a UV sterilizer. I did both.
For the last two months my tank has stabilized and now has 2 Purple Flame fish (introduced in Jan 2011) one fox face ,one Blue streak Dr wrasse,One golden head goby one tomato clown and two camel shrimp.
I am planning to add 1 yellow,1regal and 1 powder blue tang, and 2 false percula clown.
My LFS has now advised me to add an Ozoniser on the tank.
Please advice,

Thanks ,
Umesh

Adding 10 fish at once, especially to a saltwater tank, is dangerous. It could cause a big Ammonia spike. I notice you have no inverts. They do a great job in cleaning up excess food on the bottom. Snails, small hermits and shrimp are great. You can buy some great inverts for not a lot of money.

Thanks for your reply,
I have added Four hermit Crabs and 10 Snails in 1st week of april and they have done a fantastic job of keeping the argonite sand clean.Infact the tank started to look cleaner only after adding the cleaner crew.

For the last two months the fishes are in good condition and the water parameters have remained constant for this period as follows;
Salanity- 1.021
ph - 8.2
Alkanity -12 dkh
Ammonia- 0.25 ppm
Nitrite- 0.1 ppm
Nitrate- 2.5 ppm
Temp - 28 -30 degree celcius. I have No Chiller.

I would like to Know if it is safe to add new fishes now.

Thanks
Umesh

I wouldn't, Your parms aren't quite right. Ammonia & nitrite should be 0, and your nitrate result differs from what my tests show. nitrates should be in increments of 10 ppm's up to 100.

What type of tests are you using? And your salinity is low.

55 gallon salt setup with a bunch of crabs and snails. false perc clown, diamond goby, lawnmower blenny, a green mandarin, and 1 cleaner shrimp. And a few corals
180 gallon acrylic not setup yet. (Need a few more things before it gets filled with water.)
Tanks not setup, 10, 30, 55 with stand. Either 30 or the 55 will be the sump for the 180

Your tank is still in a mini cycle. I would not add anything until your parameters are back to 0. Your Trates are ok, its the Ammonia and Trites that have ill effect on the fish. So you will know when to add fish before we do. #'s= 0
