Default 125 gallon setup help

Hey guys,
I'm setting up my 125, and want water flow in it by the weekend. I ordered a pump for my skimmer this weekend, it should be here Friday. (Gotta finish the stand, as the tank is sitting on the island in my kitchen. LOL)

I need a pump for my sump. How do I figure out what size pump I need? The overflow box I have has two tubes to go from front to back, and two hoses to go to my wet/dry sump. I have a similar overflow box, but smaller on my 55, and I have a 560gph on that. Should I double the rate? Is that 560 enough for the 55, or should I go larger to a 845 or so on that? I found a 2600gph for $90, price sounds right, but I'm pretty sure that would be overkill.

I have the normal sump setup of filter media->bio-balls->piece of live rock/rubble below the balls->sponge->euroreef skimmer-> pump->back to tank. I'm going to find a tank to place my sump in, since the end of my sump is drilled for an opening. (Need 1' wide, and 3' long, longer would be ok, as a longer one would allow for a good size refuge. What size tank should I be looking for?) My pump will be in the tank area.

I know I should also have at least 1, if not 2 power heads for my 125, and found 2 1300gph ones on ebay for a decent price.

Am I on the right track?

What size heater should I be looking for? I think I want 2, so that it is heated evenly. (I only have 1 in the 55, the other broke on me)

And lighting will be a concern for the future. Those get pricey, but I'll end up ebay, or craigslist for that I think to get a deal.

My plan for the tank is to move the trigger & tangs in it, add a lionfish at some point, annenomes/clown, LR, a cleaner crew, and maybe some corals in the future if I find the right lighting.

Thoughts/changes/additions? ANY help/advice would be helpful.

180 gallon acrylic not setup yet. (Need a few more things before it gets filled with water.)
Tanks not setup, 10, 30, 55 with stand. Either 30 or the 55 will be the sump for the 180

That's easier said than done. Everything is currently in pieces, and all over the place. Stand is in the garage being worked on, tank is on my kitchen island, skimmer is sitting in front of me in pieces, and the parts to the tank are in various locations in the garage.

It's just one of those HOB overflow boxes.
