Default Dwarf puffer eating problems

Hey,I'm have some feeding problem with my Pea puffer. I tried feeding him frozen brine shrimp because he won't flakes but now hes having trouble finding it floating at the top of the tank. The only area the where he swims is the lower back part of the tank. How do I help him find food.

find a place that sells ghost shrimp cheap! i throw 50 into my 30 gallon tank all at once and watch my puffer chow down for weeks. they also eat snails, its pretty fun watching him get at those too.

puffers should be fed crustations more so than flakes, brine shrimp is ok but not everyday, they needs snails and clams and such to chomp on and keep their teeth from growing out
