Petco fish tank sale
I was at petco today and they told me this sunday august 29th starts there $1 per gallon sale on all there 10,20,29,40 breeder,& 55 gallon tanks.this doesn't include bow fronts or kits just there glass tanks.just wanted to give every one a heads up

I called ahead today to make sure they had stock, I was able to CONFIRM their stock and get a 40b and 55g put on hold w/ a 50% deposit for tomorrow's sale.
I guess suppling them with fish and plants is paying off. Doors open sunday at 10AM they suggested getting there fast, there is a big demand this time around. |

How often does Petco have these sales?
I too have been searching craigslist for another tank but people around here want waaaayy to much for used tanks. Many people want you to take the thing down for them and take all the stuff in the tank, including fish. I don't want to do that. |

I got a 40gal. breeder to use as a sump for my future 75gal. reef tank. $40 for 40gal. How can you beat that? I also got a deal from my LFS on the 75gal with an overflow for $200.
