Default Reef Build

I am looking for help. I have a 55 gallon marine aquarium. I have a canister filter, specifically this one here. Amazon.com: New External 5 Stage Canister Filter Pump Fish Tank Aquarium: Kitchen & Dining I have this lighting setup. Amazon.com: New 48" 260W PL Aquarium Light Reef Marine Fish Tank Hood Light: Kitchen & Dining I want to get an anemone, live rock, two percula clownfish, and a blue tang or two. That would be the entirety of my aquarium besides some snails probably. I have a shallow sand bed of about 2 inches. I am looking for advice as two how to set up my aquarium, please the more detail the better. Which coral would be idea, down to every detail. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

First off, no filter, the Live Rock does all the filtering you need. No Tangs. Your tank isn't big enough for a Tang. Set up- Minimum of 55lbs of Live Rock, more would be better, 75lb ish. Powerheads for water movement, 2 @ 500ph each minimum. As for your corals, those are your choice of course what ever appeals to your eye, you just have to be careful getting some LPS that sting, ie. Torch, Frogspawn, Galaxia. Your lighting looks to be enough for that size tank for an Anemone. Test kits needed, Reef Master is a good one. Need a Refractometer. Water Heater. Possibly needing a Phosphate Reactor or Bio Pellet set up, you don't want your phosphates high, some is ok, but to much and you get unsightly algae.
Test for
Calcium
Alk
Magnesium
Phosphates
Ammonia
Nitrites
Nitrates
Salinity
