Default DIY micro tank idea

i want to do something like this where do i start

The Two Banded Clownfish, originates from the reefs of the Red Sea. It has a reddish-brown and orange base color with two white stripes and an orange tail. The Two Banded Clownfish is one of the liveliest of the clowns that brings both activity and character to any saltwater aquarium. mates. 20 Gallon
In an aquarium, it will readily accept most meaty foods and herbivore preparations.

What are you wanting to support in this micro tank (plants/fish/inverts)? Are you wanting filtration?
I got a 2.5 gal i setup with a baby sunfish, 1 inch crayfish, and plants + clay/sand substrate, a clamp on light with a spiral bulb, and a cheap submersed tiny little filter from Petsmart (coolest little filter i've ever seen). I set the filtration for low and have the outflow jets angled downward as to not disturb the surface...I think this tank would be looking awesome right now if I didn't steal the lamp to use outdoors all the time!

EDIT: I just noticed you have a picture linked you were referring to - It is not appearing for me :(
EDIT: I see the picture's link is talking about reefs - disregard my post altogether lols!
