check out how to make live rock(argracrete)on you tube(use oyster shell-its cheaper and you can get a bigger batch about $10 for a big bag 50lbs.i think vrs $20 for 20lbs.) on you tube i made base rock and some caves .it worked pretty good and might take a batch or two to get the formula right (too wet and it will crumble same if you stir the salt in to much) You can make any thing you can imagine (i made a stone henge arch and some moi-easter island heads) but it takes awhile for it to look good it your tank(ill try to post pics on my profile soon)and im not sure if everyone likes the idea of the stuff but ive had no problems with chemicals or fish dying be shure to rinse it with fresh water daily for a week or two.if you have any questions feel free to ask.
