Default Wanted food for cichlid fry

I have a 10 gal tank full od Firemouth fry all about 3/8 inch. I've raised them so far on infusoria and wetted dry food. It's time for micro worms or their equal. Any starter kits for sale? And will you ship to WV?

You could pick up some frozen brine shrimp, or blood worms from your local petco, petsmart, etc.. You might also find some live brine shrimp on ebay or a breeder that ship to you. Good luck.

I asked about micro worms or equal. I've been doing what you all suggest and that's how I got them to this size. I would like worms to get better growth and health. WORMS, people....

I've got a cloud of nearly microscopic Apisto. caucatoides that are too small for baby brine shrimp, in fact it looks like the Artemia might eat my cichlids. Mama ate the brine shrimp but the fry are starting out just fine on Hikari First Food from Petsmart.
