its all very gllittery blue like the blue on cardinal tetras about the size of 3 inches

and the tail has a slight reddish tint

i wanted to get a pic up but when ever i go near the tank he is hiding

i got him yesterday. and yet to see it fully

do they swim ?? i wanted to see iy hunt but i am never home on week days

I just got one a few weeks ago so.im no expert, you may have the florida one, as for swimming mine only does it when he is trying to get away from my hand, net, or suctuon hose. You dont need much light for them and they like hiding places. havent found mine a tank mate yet. They like zucinni and algae waffers ive found

well tankmates :D
the person who sold me it gave me all the fish also

its been living with puffer fish and an assortment of tetras for a while. eating one now of the tetras now and then )

so i guess puffers would do fine with it

ill also give away the 2 puffer fish( spotted and leopord ) which are his tank mates and a red tailed shark and some smaller tetras for him to hunt now and then

If anyone is around the Lafayette Indiana area, I have about 20 of these. Range from 1 1/2" - 3 1/2 inches. Anything over 2" $10. Over 3", $15. That's what I'm getting for them in trade at the LFS, but they have limited room, and I have run out of room. I will post pics if anyone wants.
