Default Is my bamboo/wood shrimp ok?

I don't see it eating too often. However, I don't see it scavenging the bottom either. I have a current maker in my tank. I haven't been putting much except some of the powdered fry food in my tank, until recently. It molted once, about a month and a half ago. I've seen him/it around the tank, but, just sitting there. When I first had him he was doing his filter feeding thing. Is he getting enough food and just relaxing?

I do not know what could be wrong with him, but it does not sound very good. How long has he been like this.
