Gold Coast Aquarium Society of South Florida - GCAS This forum is for all members and prospective members of the Society to stay in touch. The GCAS is a casual club of freshwater hobbyists of all experience levels who meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. The meetings start with time to mingle, then a quick review of club business, usually followed by a presentation given by a club member or invited speaker, and finally an auction of fish, plants, and products. Usually we have coffee and cookies for refreshments.

Default Dipnetting Monday 6/14
There is a dip netting expedition being planned for Monday either in Davie or Kendal. The actual location should be finalized in the morning so watch this thread for details and get your stuff ready!

right now it's looking like it will be a Kendal trip.

The name of the is Dade Corner Station......... I still searching for a sitter for the kids my father inlaw has to go the melborne for his sister in the hospital. If can find a sitter I will be ther with bells on and 6' net in one hand and buckets in the other. with a smioke hanging from my mouth standing next to the gas pumps...... live life like its your last day, you never know, it maybe

We found out the Matt needs a new transmission at the very least. We did not go netting but met up "Neighborhood Fish Farm", they went on down to Homestead to other farms. However, we did discuss do a club trip, soon. So start saving your pennies and nickles.... you never know what you might find.

lol! yes matt had a littel car problems. but we hit two farms matt gat some texas cichils and i gat three some rear africans that i cant even rember the name jammesony or some thing is the especis and the genus is something with an x they kind of look like a yellow peackoc bass with black dots but they are from malawi.
