Gold Coast Aquarium Society of South Florida - GCAS This forum is for all members and prospective members of the Society to stay in touch. The GCAS is a casual club of freshwater hobbyists of all experience levels who meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. The meetings start with time to mingle, then a quick review of club business, usually followed by a presentation given by a club member or invited speaker, and finally an auction of fish, plants, and products. Usually we have coffee and cookies for refreshments.

I talked tothe guy and hes has anubias but only on DW, he says that, that the only way he sells it because it so cheap for him to grow, that to sell it would only be .15 wholesale price in to cost effective for him, so he grows it on DW wood and sells it that way only.

Am I in? If so, can I pay you via paypal or something...and don't forget to estimate extra shipping for FL to NC. If not, I completely understand.

Dmax I can't promise the plants will arrive to you in good shape, because they will be shipped overnight and than I would have to seperate everything and be here for the local pick up. I have a few people who say they want more but want to test the waters first, so I'll most likly do another order in a few months and MAYBE was can do something that go around.

Question Re: Aquairum Plants List

Not a criticism--I've been at the meetings for the past 3 months and have yet to hear anything about the status of this... ??? - Were there not enough individual orders? - Did they ever get here?
- Will you ever be ordering again?
-Dave A.
- BTW, If anybody has extra corkscrew Val, Lace leaf plant, riccia, or willow moss to swap or sell, please let me know what you prefer to do so that I can bring my Watersprite, java fern, or Jungle(?) Val into the meeting- or not...

Hey, sorry for your misfortune- seems like scammers and cheats are everywhere these days.. I have a suggestion, however- why not poll the membership to see what surplus plants they have, then put them up for auction- or even have them donated to those who want them? - I for one have watersprite and "some kind of Wort"(pennywort/ moneywort/dollarwort?- coming out of my ears!
