Default Water Movement for 29g biocube

I just recently purchased a 29 gallon biocube and should be recievin' it soon. along with the tank i purchased and Hydor koralia circulation pump. I was also thinkin' about gettin' a Hydor FLO rotating deflector to place on my filters output valve. Will that be to much water movement, or would it be a good choose to buy the deflector as well? Thanks
