Hello everyone,
I have a quick question. I have a huge amount of pink creeping xenia that needs major pruning and was wondering what is the best way to do it? I have read to cut it close to the base of the rock and also read to tear it away and most will come loose. Will either of these methods cause a release of anything that could harm my tangs or other corals? This is in a 24 g Nano Cube. I posted this elsewhere on the site (in the wrong spot,) so I apologize for repeating myself. Any input will be appreciated!: Thanks! Penny |

just cut them off at the base.these things r so hardy and once you prune 1 you will see how easy it is.good luck and as far as the release of anything. i don't think so.i had cut lots of them in my tank and nothing happen. but i never had to cut them in a small tank.
