Default Lighting time per day?/amount of food?

I have a 35g hex tank(salt water), 29g hex(fresh water), 1g hex(salt water) all are lighted with a Linear 2-24" T5 HO light and I currently have the light running from 8:00am to 4:00pm and the 35g is then lit by a 12" growlux light until 9:00pm so that I can enjoy the tank while I'm awake.

Not sure about the timing?

I am currently feeding the 35g - 1 capsule Bio-enriched Spirolina Brine Shrimp split into 2 feedings with few drops of Reef Plus Concentrated Vitamins and Amino Acids once a week and 1tsp Phytoplankton once a week

I have the following in the tank:

1 Fairy Wrasse 2"
1 Cinnimon Clown fish 2 1/2"
2 Yellow tail Blue Damsel 1 1/2"
1 Orange Spotted Goby 1"
1 Yellow Tang 3"
1 Blue/Green Ocilaris 1 1/2"

1 4" Sabae Anenome
5 Polyps unsure of type (pink tree type) shrink to pink/purlpe when lights are off) 2" to 4"
1 Banded Shrimp
1 Brittle Star
2 Red Tip Hermit Crab
1 Turbo Snail
1 Porcelin Crab
Many very small Feather Dusters

2 cups Chaetomorpha Algae

15lbs live fiji rock

my water tests are all very good I'm just not too sure about the quantity of food. The fish seem to always be looking for food?

In the 1g nanocube there is:

1 Ocilaris Clown 1 1/2"
1 1" Sabae Anenome
1 red tip Hermit Crab

1/4 cup Chaetomorpha Algae

1 lbs live fiji rock

I feed this tank about 10 brine shrimp twice a day. Still wants more?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks in advance,

J'anette

Just wanted to say thank you.

Do you know of a food that contains phosphates?
