Default Homemade tank 12"x12" hex bout 2' tall

Round, Hex, just tall and skinny and self sufficient. Nothing over 2' tall. Actually 18" tall would be better. The dimensions arent exact either. Does anyone know where to have a good tank made with these weird sizes? Self filtration and built in lighting would be great. I dont want to pay a fortune either! its just glass and glue, the rest is an expensive plus! BTW, I am brand new to this site so if this is in the wrong place dont "strike out" at me! lol.
Thanks for the help!
