Default Food

Okay, I don't have any fish yet but I am planning on getting: a yellow watchman goby, an ocellaris clownfish, and a firefish. Will they eat this:
Omega One Garlic Marine Flakes - Saltwater - Fish - PetSmart
Or this:
Omega One Small Garlic Marine Pellets - Saltwater - Fish - PetSmart
If they will eat both which is better? Do watchman gobies need sinking food?
Thanks

Would this stuff be better than the other?
New Life Spectrum Marine Fish Formula 1mm Sinking Pellet Fish Food at PETCO

I've heard some good stuff about this food. Someone I know has this stuff I think and some of it sinks and some floats then slowly sinks. That would probably work for all those fish wouldn't it?
Sorry for all the different kinds, I just want to make sure that the food I feed my fish is good quality and will keep them healthy.
