Default Centerpiece for nano cube...

Can anyone recommend a coral that would be a good centerpiece for a 12 gallon dx nano cube. Stock lighting, stock pump (106 gph) , and a 240 gph pump. Preferably something that isn't too aggressive.
Thx

How about a nice neon-green toadstool? I think a big zoa or mushroom covered rock would be cool too

Toadstools are leathers right? Cuz I was thinking about getting a leather for in there. I got some frogspawn the other day, and I have a candycane. I'm gonna try to keep the frogspawn sort of away from my xenia and zoanthids so that it can't sting them. Anyone had trouble with frogspawn stinging zoanthids and/or xenia? I was also thinking about getting a brain sooner or later, but I'll have to see. Also, I heard that sometimes leathers can grow really big and shadow other corals, and that because they can get so big they can be kind of a nuisance in a smaller tank. Is this true?
Thx

Yeah, Toadstools can get big and shadow surrounding corals, but so can mushrooms, candy canes, etc. It's just a matter of placement. The only thing I would worry about if when they release their slime coat, it can harm other corals. A Frogspawn wouldn't be a bad choice, but their stings can pack a punch, so make sure you keep that in mind when placing other corals nearby. If you are interested in a brain, I would say get the brain. They are fairly easy to keep, beautiful, and relatively non-aggressive. I have a pink and blue one, and that pops at night underneath my moonlights

Brains do better on the sand or at least near the bottom, right?

Okay. Do you think that I could keep monti caps (montipora)? I saw a guy on youtube with some in the same tank that I have. Is it easy to frag those neon green toadstools?

With stock lighting, I probably wouldn't. SPS is tricky, I had an Acro under a 70w 14k and he didn't color up. But when I put him under my 150w 10k, his colors started to pop. If you wanted to do monti, you would have to place it near the top, and may quickly outgrow its arrangement
