The majority of their diet, as i understand it consists of filamentous algae, however, i have also read that under certain circumstances they have been known to pick on zenia or possibly other like corals. Im sure Mediahound, or Doc will confirm or deny this information, and their assessment is to be trusted above mine, this is just what ive read. That info did not mention that they make out their diet on corals, as algae is their main staple. Just that they have been known to do this,

Most will do fine as long s you have enough live rock. I also feed nori. Here's what another well known site recommends.

The diet of the Bicolor Blenny should include vegetable matter, including frozen and dried foods containing marine and blue-green algae. It will also feed on (and help control) algae growing in the aquarium.

Great fish. Mine eats algae everywhere he finds it. Off the live rock, a snails shell, even cleaned my gorgonian for me. He eats all day, which i guess is to be expected since he´s eating veggies. I´ve never seen him try to eat any corals
