Question Heater and controller questions

I am getting ready to order a heater and controller for my new build and was hoping to get some advice. I am looking for a very reliable and accurate setup. I have seen some heaters with a through sump mounting design, does anyone have experience with these? I have read this can help to prevent tank shock. Since i have been shocked by a few heaters in the past I want to make sure this does NOT happen again. I think a 150watt should be a good size for my setup. I would like to run two 75watt heaters instead of one 150 if possible, just for added fail safe. Can this be done with only one controller? And what does everyone think is the best on the market? Thanks in advance!

I will be adding:
heater(s) hopefully two small titanium ones
auto top off
gfo and carbon reactors
moonlighting
UV filter
maybe a fuge if i can squeeze one in - im going to be doing a little custom work on my sump since i will be running a three standpipe overflow so i should have some more room just not sure how much yet

I am doing some looking at the Neptune Systems Apex controller. I am hearing better reviews from it, and it can work together with my vortech
