Default Cold Temp Chiller

Hey all,
I'm looking for a cold water chiller- one that can get down to about 10C(50F), or even a little colder, from 30C (86F). I'm looking for something in the 1/4 Hp range, but I can work around that, I mostly need the ability for it to get cold.
Thank you for any help,
-Stephen
