What's a good top-tank dwelling shoaling fish?
I was reading that hatchetfish and glass cats are top swimmers, but glass cats are very delicate and need lots of plants in the upper water column and hatchets tend to jump.
Do you guys know of any others that stay near the top? I don't want my GBR's to get crowded at the bottom.

Wrestling Half-Beaks stay right at the top, I've only ever seen them once though. They're supposed to be peaceful, according to this:

Those Sulwasi (sp?) fish look like they're fast swimmers. Thanks for the thoughts! I'll see if my LFS can order them.
