Default What is it?

I just looked at my 10G after lights out, and there's a very strange worm like creature I've never seen before. It appears to be stuck to the glass by its mouth like a pleco does. It stretches its tail to a total length of about an inch and a half, then contracts to a half inch or less. It's transparent, colorless, teardrop shaped, and flat. The tank is lightly planted, so maybe it came in on a plant?

Its on the far side of the tank and hard to see, so I don't think i can take a picture. Do I need to do something with this?

Could it be a planaria worm?
