Default A wayward shrimp

So I purchased two Algae Shrimp about 2 months ago. The day after I put them in my tank, I could only find one of them. Now, two months have gone by, and this morning I sat down on my couch and saw something on the floor about 6 feet away from my tank. Sure enough, it was the missing shrimp! Somehow he had gotten out of my tank and traveled on dry ground about 6 feet away! It was sad, but very astonishing!

It only took an hour or so for mine to jump out. I was lucky enough to be cose to the tank and the time and got him back it. I made sure to seal the top of the tank after that point.

Yeah, I didn't know that was normal for them. What is funny is that my other shrimp has never tried to escape.
