Default Tiny Black dirt like bug in 10 gallon shrimp tank

I've had this tank setup for a few months now with no problems. I just noticed tonight that there are small black bugs in it. Just wondering if anyone has any info on them or if they look like they could be harmful towards the shrimp or even a possible solution to getting rid of them.

i do not know much about bugs in a fish tank or anything somebody else could help you more.

but, it is a possibility that it came from outside the tank, i have fish tanks in the basement and i have found spiders in my tank that freaked me out for a minute before i realized that they are dead and just landed in the tank.
