YES. suckermouth catfish or janitor fish..

do you keep one?

is it essential for algae control?

I hate the term "suckermouth"... it's just a pet peeve of mine...

I have two Albino Bristlenose Plecos in my 30 gallon and they do nothing for algae, but I don't know about those suckermouth things

What Algae Eater Is Right For You? Look Inside!
Try that one.

I dont use them,I have snails.My tanks are breeding tanks for endangered species,and I try to keep the stress to the breeders to a minimum.

I have a common pleco in each of my tanks. I like to have bottom feeders, mid range, and top of the tank fish. Gives it a fuller look.
