Hello guys. I just recently acquired a 45 gallon tank. Currently I have 7 guppies and 7 platys within. I am looking to add 5 or so glass cats and 2 golden dojo loach. Is this within acceptable range if I`m running a 45 - 60 gallon filter and doing water changes? anything you would tweak?

Go with the higher end of the filter - 60g - as a filter for 45g's is just barely enough for a 45g tank.
Glass Cats need 6+ to be happy, so add one to what you were planning. Loaches normally need 3+ to be happy as well, so maybe add 1 more to what you were planning as well. (You can research to see if Dojo's are ok in 2's but I'm pretty sure the more the better.) Other than that, sounds good. ![]()
