I was looking at my aquarium today and noticed that there are no snails left in it. A month ago there were tons of them and now I can't find one. All I've done recently is add some more plants and have been using fertilizers more often then I use to.
Is that weird? |

What fish do you have? and what kind of snails are they? MTS burrow under the sand and you may not see them very often

Lol. If you figure out how you managed to make a tank full of snails go snailless in less than a month, write a book cuz that would be a best seller! :D
Another possiblity,Less or no food for snails and their population will diminish. (ie are you feeding less? )

More than likely they have burrowed under the substrate.

I think they were pond snails and they were always all over everything so I don't see how they have all could have burrowed. I don't have any fish that would eat them. Just some Rasboras, Corys and Ottos.
