I was wondering, considering I plan on buying different veggies for my pleco(s) I will have to store it some how, should I freeze it and thaw it as I go to prevent mold? Or how should I go about doing this?

Freezing works great, for something like Zucchini. I freeze the slices on a cookie sheet with a sheet of plastic wrap between layers. I was told that the Zucchini didn't need to be cooked after being frozen but my Plecos still prefer it cooked with a little Garlic power sprinkled on it. Takes maybe 1.5 minutes to Nuke a couple of frozen slices.

Slice it into appropriate sizes and freeze. Its easiest if you can freeze it on a pan then bag it after it freezes then it will be easier to get out what is needed.
