Problem with fish behavior
Hello...and yes you read right...
My fish are behaving strange.
I have two Tanks at 55 gallon...with each 30 fish in it...about the size of an adult hand...i know...pretty much TO much...but they do well, and i finally got good water filtration and water values (compared to what i had before i got a sump)
Now the on fish tank crew is relaxed, active and eat like pigs...
And they look even happy if i show up...so no problem with them
The other tanks crew is always building a bunch, not spread in tank like the others, they are very easy to scare (not on purpose of course but walking by makes them freak out already), they dont eat well like the others and in total they are no happy campers...
The only difference to the tanks is, that one is covered on three sides with styrofoam for insulation and sits on a board (so 4 sight tight sides) and the problematic one is open to public all way around...they can look down, out in front, back and sides...
Can that cause this kind of problem?
Or is that something different?!
I am happy for any suggestion or thought...
By the way...they are all blue nile tilapia
2x 55 Gallon Tanks
1x 45 Gallon tank sump filter
Both tanks on 70 degree F/ 21 degree C
Stocked both with each 35 Blue Nile Tilapia
