Smile New Rasbora Tetras

I just got some new rasbora tetras for my ten gallon tank. they are quite small, ranging between 1/2 of an inch to 3/4 of an inch, and only reaching a max of about 1 to 1 1/4 inches. They are doing well and I have a lot of room in my tank for other fish, I'm just not sure of what to get. What are some other, easy to care for, small tetras other than the cardnal and neon tetras. Thanks.

Congrats on your new rasboras. Maybe you could help us out a bit by letting us know how many you have. Are there any other fish in the tank? How long has the tank been running with fish?

Galaxy Rasboras are really pretty as well, IMO. If you've got one school of rasboras in there already, I would say either a bigger docile fish like a gourami or female betta, or another school of smaller fish like the aforementioned galaxies would be good for you

Sounds like you're starting what I have, a small fish tank. Four fish I would suggest are: Cardinal Tetras, Pigmy Corys, Marble Hatchets and Female Bettas. All of these fish have small mouths and won't bite their neighbors! If you want to experiment there are also some very interesting small shrimp coming into the hobby, see Foster's WEB site for some examples. If you can, keep your ph below 7.0 and water soft.
Merry Christmas!
