I bought myself a betta splendens female fish. She is together with
neon tetra's , black tetra's, 2 diamond gouramis, 5 otoclincus and 2
unidentified kinda grey snakes wich must be around 15 years old and
survived several changes of tanks

She behaves very well and swims calm, do you guys/gals think I can put
another betta woman in?

I have found that generallythe females don't cause problems. You can, occasionally, get one that's aggressive. When I raised a bunch of babies together, to the point where the males started getting longer fins, and you could tell the males and females apart, that even the males were not bad. However, once I separated the males out into individual containers, and then put them back together again, there could be some trouble.

Thanks John!! I think I have to give it a try, they don't seem to harm the
other fishes but wanted to know wether the 2 females would fight.

You can have a school of females, not entirely sure of two.
Maybe 3 will be better than 2 to keep a distraction between them... just an idea.
