Talking new filter

so finally, my new filter came in the mail today. its a marineland penguin biowheel 200 for up to 50 gallons to go with my penguin biowheel 150 which is up to 30 gallons. i also bought a bottlw of accu-clear to try to get rid of cloudy water but i think with a new filter and a treatment of acuclear its gonna be crystal clear!

Accu-clear might help, but in my opinion it's a waste of money compared to a good amount of fresh carbon in your filter. There's a reason most stores label carbon as a "water polisher". Good on ya for the extra filtration, but have you determined the source of your problem yet?

defintely it was filtration, its a cichlid tank with a jd oscar and parrot cichlid plus a pleco and 2 peacock eels so i need good filtration i am upgradeing to a 55 very sooon i no that tank is to small..also, yes accu clear was a waste of money, its been 3 days and it barely did anything after treating it every 24 hours

Nothing can take the place of frequent water changes.
