Here are my new babies:
They are a Marbled Veil Tail and a Silver Striped Normal Tail. (The Marbled's spots are actually yellow - very pretty!) Their bodies are about the size of a quarter, so they are about 2-3 months old. ![]() Here is a pic of the fish at the store: The Striped on at the middle left is the one Mike picked out and the Marble Veil at the top left is the one I picked. (The only other striped one had 1 stripe and 1 spot (you can see him way at the back/top behind my Veil Tail), so we picked the more striped one. I picked the only Veil Tail.) They've made themselves right at home! The Harlequin Rasboras don't seem afraid of them, but they are not as 'frantic' as normal and they stay closer together. The Angels swim around, checking things out, picking stuff off the plants... we love them already!

Thanks everyone! Mikes (the striped one) seems to be a bit more brave and is always out, while the black one (mine) hides a lot more. Kinda' like people with the different personalities.

Cool. Mine were about that same size and now they are about 3 inches from nose to the base of their tail. I've had mine since November. I was surprised that they did as well as they have because the guy in Petsmart said that a lot of people had been losing them and bringing them in for credit.

Ooo, mine are from Petsmart... hope they do ok. The girl said they came in on Friday and all but 1 looked fantastic. (The one that looked a bit off was jittering a bit but she said the rest all looked great!)

Marbles can get more "Marbley"? That's awesome! I wouldn't mind if it did!
