Arrow Need help Identifying

Ok, I really would like you guys to help me identify one of the african cichlids i have gotten for free.

I cannot find him on google at all. It is slender and is jet black with thin electric vertical blue stripes and thin horizontal blue stripes on his face any guess's?
his pelvic fins are very skinny and they point down at about a 45 degree angle.

Thanks!

Oh, he is also EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE the bugger bit me more then a few times, but he is also the most beautiful one in there.
